Our Residence from June 2022 is also equipped with a column for charging electric vehicles.
Fiera 5 is a charming 55-square (600 SqFt) meters apartment, sleeps 5, third floor. It has a living room with a lovely kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed cm. 160 X 200 (63in X 79in) and one extra bed (27.5x75 inches). The bedroom furnishing includes two large single beds cm. 90 X 200 (36X79 Inches) (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed)and a wardrobe.
The apartment is furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style and with every comfort you wish: large balcony, FREE private parking space, air conditioning, free WiFi Internet access, washing machine, Smart TV Internet enabled, telephone.
In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets (for twin beds), towels, tea towel and bath mat
These inexpensive apartments are in a perfect spot either you are a tourist visiting the Eternal City, you are attending to a Conference or you want to spend a few days on the seaside, either you are using the public transports or you have your own car (thanks to the private parking space). Located right opposite Ponte Galeria Station, on the line between Rome and Fiumicino airport, 14 minutes from the historical centre (Trastevere station), 2 minutes from Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre and 20 minutes from Rome's beaches.
To get to Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre you can either walk (800 metres or 1/2 mile, but 200 metres are dangerous to walk, because without side walk, take a train from ponte Galeria station to Fiera station (1,50 Euros, 2 minutes) or take bus 808 (1,50 Euros, 5 minutes). Either station and bust stop are just in front of the apartment.
