DAILY RATES FOR 2 PERSONS

+ 15 Euros per night for each additional person

Other conditions :

• Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 Euros)

• 50% deposit payable at booking

• Cash in full at the check-in

• Security Deposit : 200 Euros, refundable at the end of the stay  

• Checkin time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am

• Late checkin (after 8pm) or early check out (before 8am) : 30 Euros

• Air conditioning or heating: 0,50 Euros per KW (electricity)

• Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 Euros per person (per change).

Rates include:

• Mobile Phone at your disposal

• Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses

• Cot for children up to 5-6 years old (on request)

Rates do not include :

• Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 Euros)

• Air conditioning or heating : 0,50 Euros per KW (electricity)

Other Services

• Rome by night: city tour by van (6 passengers max., after 9 pm, 120 minutes) : 20 Euros per person (50 Euros minimum)

• Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 70 Euros

• Transfer to/from airport : see paragraph Getting there 

• Broadband wireless Internet connection kit (installation and use) :

  • Up to 1 GB 30 Euros per week

  • Up to 2,5 GB : 40 Euros per week

  • Up to 5 GB : 50 Euros per week

• Tours with the official Vatican tour operator (Sales fee: 3 Euros per person to add to the prices below)

      1) Reserved entrance to Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel (NO QUEUE !) with audio guide + San Peter Basilica with audio guide: 26 Euros

      2) Point 1 + 1 day ticket for open bus hop on - hop off  "Christian Rome": 42 Euros

      3) Point 1 + 3 day ticket for open bus hop on - hop off  "Christian Rome" + 3 day pass for all public transport (bus, metro, tram, local train, ...) :  50 Euros

  Children under 7: free. Children 7 to 12 : 19 Euros flat rate for any of the above options.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.

OTHERWISE :

• If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
