Other conditions

• Extra charge for required final cleaning (40 Euros)

• 50% deposit payable at booking

• Cash in full at the check-in

• Security Deposit : 100 Euros refundable at the end of the stay

• Checkin time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am

• Late checkin (after 8pm) or early check out (before 8am) : 30 Euros

• The provision of linen (sheets, towels, tea cloth and bathmat) is not included in the rental rate and will be charged at a rate of cost 10 Euros per person, or you can bring your own linen and towels to avoid having to pay this cost.

Rates include

• Utilities (water, electricity and gas) and condo fee.

• Air conditioning / Heating.

• Free calls to European and North American land lines.

• Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment cleaned again, free of charge.

• 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment

• Free booking at Galleria Borghese Museum (you will only pay the entrance fee directly at museum)

Rates do not include

• Overnight stay tax

• Extra charge for required final cleaning: 40 Euros

• Linen (sheets, towels, tea cloth and bathmat): 10 Euros per person

• Parking space: 5 Euros per day

• WiFi Internet connection: 3 Euros per day

Other Services

• Linen change during the stay : 15 Euros each

• More cleanings during your stay : 30 Euros each

Settlement

Cash in Euros at check-in is preferred for the balance payment. Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only) also accepted with 3 day notice and with 6% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.

OTHERWISE :

• If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
