Getting there

Mobile telephone rental (5 Euros per day plus telephone bill): all calls
to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You
can also rent one more mobile that can talk for free with the other one

Cancellation Policy
The
deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for
your dates.
OTHERWISE :
-
If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the
deposit will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
-
If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the
rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the
amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed.
Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
