Conditions

  • Minimum number of people in the party: 8

  • Minimum stay : 3 days

  • Children: up to 2 y.o.not occupying a bed: free. From 2 to 6 y.o. : 50%

  • 50% deposit payable at booking

  • Cash in full at the check-in

  • Security Deposit : 50 Euro per person refundable at the end of the stay  

  • Checkin time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am

  • Late checkin or early checkout is 5 Euro per person

Rates include:

  • Taxes

  • Water, gas and electricity

  • Air conditioning and central heating

  • Linen (towels, bed sheets and bathroom carpet)

  • Final cleaning

  • Use of the PC with Internet Access

  • Free calls to all Italian land lines

  • Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses

Rates do not include :

  • Broadband WiFi Internet connection (3 Euro per day)

  • Washing machine and dryer (extra charge)

Other Services

  • Transfer to/from airport : 15 Euro per person (60 or 70 Euro minimum fee) for furthere information visit section "Getting There"

  • Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person, minimum 50 Euro

  • Baby cot (free)

  • Baby sitter (10 Euro per hour)

  • Rome by night: city tour by van (6 passengers max., after 9 pm, 120 minutes) : 20 Euro per person (50 Euro minimum)

  • Mobile telephone rental (5 Euro per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile that can talk for free with the other one

  • A memorable day in Vatican. Adults: 52 Euro. Children 7-12 y.o.: 32 Euro. Children 0-6 y.o.: free. This package includes:

    • Reserved entrance to Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. NO QUEUE !

    • Escorted walking tour at St. Peter's Basilica

    • Escorted walking tour at Tombs of Popes

    • One-day ticket to discover the whole Eternal city with open bus "Christian Rome"

Cancellation Policy (this apply also for partial cancellation: member of a party)

The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.

OTHERWISE :

  • If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

  • If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY refunded. Other expenses will not be refunded.
