In every unit you will find all the comforts you could wish, including air conditioning, fast WiFi Wlan Internet connection in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, telephone with free calls to Italian numbers, independent central heating, etc. The superb roof top is fully furnished with tables, chairs, sunlounger. Access is via a staircase not suitable for people with little mobility.

* FLATINROME TRASTEVERE B (second floor). 100 sq metres  three bedroom apartment for 14 guests. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 Family Room for 5 people each with 2 large single beds (cm. 90 X 200, 36X79 Inches) that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed, one large single bed (cm. 90 X 200, 36X79 Inches) and one bunk bed, 1 Double Room with 2 large single beds (cm. 90 X 200, 36X79 Inches) that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed, a living room with a small balcony, dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms (one with bath tub, one with shower).

* FLATINROME TRASTEVERE C (first floor). 100 sq metres three bedroom apartment for 12 guests. * FLATINROME TRASTEVERE G (second floor, building just opposite). 65 sq metres (700 Sq.Ft.) 2 bedroom apartment for 8 guests. It has 2 bedrooms: 1 Family Room for 4 people each with 2 large single beds (cm. 90 X 200, 36X79 Inches) that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed and one bunk bed, 1 Double Room with 2 large single beds (cm. 90 X 200, 36X79 Inches) that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed, a living room with a small balcony and a table, one fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 1 full bathroom with shower.
