For its location and lay out, it’s the perfect choice for groups, but, been located very close to historical centre and Termini mainline station, it’s also ideal for people looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels but in the same time looking for an accommodation in the centre of Rome with a reasonable price. Flatinrome Termini it’s in the typical university district named “San Lorenzo”, very convenient for those who are willing to explore the real Roman nightlife (not the tourist one !)

"Jolly Room" is a room with 2 doors that can be rented either with the apartment Termini D or Termini E.

All the apartments on the same floor (except for the studio flat TERMINI F) have internal security doors that, upon request, can be opened in order to give you maximum flexibility. This way you can get up to 21 beds in one apartment (entire first floor).

The apartments are very quiet; all of them have double aluminum windows

All the double beds (with the exception of the sofa beds and murphy beds) can be divided into single beds upon request.
