FLAT IN ROME TERMINI

Flatinrome Termini is the latest of my offers, born in April 2008 after 6 year experience in vacation rentals business. It's a tourist complex with 8 units sleeping 61 in total, planned and furnished in comfortable and practical way: parquet floor, double beds that can be divided into singles, air conditioning in every room, Satellite TV, computer with Internet access and WiFi connection in all the building, washing machine and dryer.

These fully furnished flats are independent and you can book them separately. They have internal security doors that, upon request, can be opened in order to give you maximum flexibility and sizes from 2 to 22 persons.

These apartments are located in a three-storied building on Via degli Irpini, a small alley close to the main University “La Sapienza”, 400 metres form the gates of the ancient city and approximately 800 metres from Termini Central Station, in the fashionable university district called "San Lorenzo" where a lot of cafés, pubs and restaurants are. An area with a lot of night life, but the building is very quiet and safe, in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk or using public transportation. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions  are in between. From Flatinrome Termini you can walk or catch a bus to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc. For further details please visit Getting Around section.

Last but not least, these apartments are perfectly connected with the 2 airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino (see Getting There section).
