CAR

Easy free parking right in front of the complex on Saturdays afternoon, Sundays and every day after 6pm. 200 metres away, on 104, Via dei Sabelli, is a parking lot. Prices for my guests are from 15 to 24 Euro per day.

  • From HISTORICAL CENTRE : Follow signs to "Stazione Termini". Once there take Via Marsala (te street at your left going towards the station). At the trafic light with Via Castro Pretorio take left and go ahead up to the 3rd trafic light. Take right on Viale Regina Elena and go ahead up to the end to Piazzale Verano. Take first right on Via Cesare de Lollis and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.

  • From FLORENCE (A1) (45 minutes from Roma Nord gate):  exit motorway A1 towards Fiano - Roma Centro - GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and go ahead for about 21 kilometers (13 Miles). When you get to the Ring Road ("GRA- Grande Raccordo Anulare) take left towards "L'AQUILA/NAPOLI". Take Exit 13 (Via Tiburtina - Centro) and go straight on the main street for about 12 kilometers (7 Miles), cross the bridge on the railways always on Via Tiburtina. On  Piazzale del Verano take the street straight ahead (Via Cesare de Lollis) and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.

  • From CIVITAVECCHIA (A12): Stay on the highway up to the end, when it becomes the highway Roma - Aeroporto di Fiumicino. From there take the direction Roma Centro and continue on this road for about 6 kilometers (4 Miles). Whe you get to the Ring Road (GRA -Grande Raccordo Anulare) take exit towards L'AQUILA/NAPOLI/FIRENZE. Take Exit 13 (Via Tiburtina - Centro) and go straight on the main street for about 12 kilometers (7 Miles), cross the bridge on the railways always on Via Tiburtina. On  Piazzale del Verano take the street straight ahead (Via Cesare de Lollis) and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.

  • From NAPLES (A2) : (45 minutes from Roma Nord gate):  exit motorway A2 towards "Roma Centro - GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) - Aeroporti - Civitavecchia" and go ahead for about 18 kilometers (11 Miles). When you get to the Ring Road (GRA) take to "L'AQUILA/FIRENZE". Take Exit 13 (Via Tiburtina - Centro) and go straight on the main street for about 12 kilometers (7 Miles), cross the bridge on the railways always on Via Tiburtina. On  Piazzale del Verano take the street straight ahead (Via Cesare de Lollis) and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.

AIR

Fiumicino L.da Vinci Airport
  • TRAIN (14 Euros per person + 1 Euro for the bus, free for children up to 10 years - 1 hour): from the airport train station, take the direct train "Leonardo Express" to Roma Termini Central Station, then :

    • WALKING (about 800 metres, 800 yds.) take the exit on your right coming from the platform area (Via Marsala) and take right along the station. At the trafic light with Via Castro Pretorio take left and go ahead up to the 2nd trafic light. Take right on Via delle Scienze and go ahead up to Piazzale Aldo Moro. Keep on walk along the University wall on Via Marruccini and take Via degli Irpini, a small alley on your left. Go ahead up to the end and before the steps is Flatinrome Termini.

    • PUBLIC TRANSPORT (1 Euro per person, free for children up to 10 years - 10 minutes). Take the exit on your right coming from the platform area (Via Marsala) and take left on Via Marsala for 100 metres. Go straight on Via Volturno crossing the street and at 50 metres you find a bus stop. Catch #492 bus towards "Stazione Tiburtina" and get off at the 6th stop (Marruccini). Take via degli Irpini on your left and at the end,just before the short steps, is Flatinrome Termini.

    • TAXI (5 minutes). Fare approx. 10 Euros.
  • TAXI (45-60 minutes). Fare 50-60 Euros.
  • TRANSFER WITH PRIVATE VAN. Book in advance. The cost is 15 Euros per person one way (60 Euros minimum fee).

AIR

Ciampino Airport
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORT (2 Euro per person, free for children up to 10 years - 1.5 Hours). Take the bus to Anagnina (underground terminus). Once there take the subway (Line A) and get off at Manzoni stop. Get out the station and take tram (street car) #3 from Via Emanuele Filiberto, towards Thorvaldsen and get off at the 9th stop (Verano/De Lollis). take the street on your left (Via Cesare de Lollis) and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.

    A coach service (Terravision Express Shuttle) operates between Ciampino airport and Termini mainline station. Tickets cost 5 Euros one-way.
  • TAXI (45-60 minutes). Fare 40-50 Euros.
  • TRANSFER WITH PRIVATE VAN. Book in advance. The cost is 15 Euros per person one way (60 Euros minimum fee).

TRAIN

FROM TERMINI MAINLINE STATION.

  • WALKING (20 min.): take Via Tiburtina towards the city centre up to Piazzale del Verano take the street straight ahead (Via Cesare de Lollis) and go ahead for about 200 metres (200 yds). At the intersection with via degli Irpini (a short steps on you right) is Flatinrome Termini.
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORT (10 minutes): take bus 492 towards "Stazione Metro Cipro" and get off at the 6th stop (Marruccini). Come back, turn right down on Via de Lollis and at the intersection with via degli Irpini (short steps on your left) is Flatinrome Termini.
